We are seeking a highly motivated University Intern to support our AI-driven workplace transformation journey, helping teams eliminate manual work, adopt AI tools and build new ways of working and the future of work.

Role Overview:

You will work closely with the Workplace Experience Lead to identify manual, repetitive processes and redesign them using AI-enabled tools. This role combines process improvement, change management and applied AI in a real enterprise environment. We are seeking a highly motivated University Intern to support our AI-driven workplace transformation journey, helping teams eliminate manual work, adopt AI tools and build new ways of working.

This is a hands-on role where you will move beyond research into testing, piloting and deploying real solutions that improve productivity and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Improvement

  • Work with Client Experience, SLT Executive Assistants and CSU Admin teams to understand their current workflows.
  • Identify manual, repetitive and time-consuming tasks that are suitable for automation or AI enablement.
  • Prioritise high-impact use cases that can deliver measurable productivity gains.

AI Tools Evaluation & Deployment

  • Research, test and compare AI tools for:
  • Scheduling and task automation (e.g. Calendly, Motion, Taskade, Trevor AI, Koalendar)
  • Data visualisation and reporting (e.g. Deckpilot, Flourish, Julius, Visme, Zing Data)
  • Pilot selected tools with users and gather feedback.
  • Support the configuration, documentation and rollout of approved tools into daily workflows.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support teams in adopting new AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Conduct basic training, demos and user guides.
  • Encourage experimentation, confidence and positive attitudes towards AI in the workplace.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track productivity improvements and time saved.
  • Document new workflows, playbooks and best practices for long-term use.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics or related disciplines.
  • Able to commit for a Full-Time internship.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation or the future of work.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to understand and improve workflows.
  • Comfortable learning and testing new digital tools and platforms.
  • Good communication skills to engage stakeholders and explain ideas clearly.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exposure to low-code tools, AI tools, productivity platforms or data visualisation tools has an added advantage.
  • Experience in process improvement has an added advantage.
