About the Role

We are looking for an AI & Workflow Automation Associate to help the company implement AI-powered tools and automation across operations, customer support, and internal workflows.

This role focuses on turning manual processes into automated systems by leveraging modern tools such as AI agents, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and internal system integrations.

You will work closely with the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Automation Implementation

  • Implement AI-powered workflows for internal operations and customer support.
  • Deploy and manage AI tools for tasks such as:
  • Email and inbox automation
  • Internal knowledge retrieval
  • Customer query classification
  • Document and data processing
  • Build internal AI assistants or copilots to support operational and shared services teams teams.

2. Workflow Automation

  • Identify repetitive operational tasks and automate them using workflow tools.
  • Design automation between systems such as:
  • CRM
  • ERP
  • Internal databases
  • Communication tools (email, WhatsApp, inbox systems)
  • Create automation for notifications, task creation, and status updates.

3. System Integrations

  • Configure integrations between SaaS tools using MCPs, APIs or automation platforms.
  • Deploy agents on servers as required.
  • Maintain system connections across tools used by the company.
  • Work with engineering when deeper technical integration is required.

4. Internal Tools & AI Experiments

  • Prototype internal tools that improve team productivity.
  • Test new AI tools and platforms that can improve company workflows.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools that can reduce manual operational workload.

5. Documentation & Process Design

  • Develop policy and framework for security and performance reporting within the organisation.
  • Document automation logic and workflows.
  • Create SOPs for automated processes.
  • Maintain clear documentation for internal systems and integrations.

6. AI Enablement Across Departments

  • Educate and guide internal teams on how to effectively use AI tools in their daily work.
  • Create prompt library, plugins and workspace to encourage adoption.
  • Identify department-specific use cases where AI can improve efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on support for teams adopting AI workflows.
  • Share best practices, prompts, and tools to help teams integrate AI into their processes.
  • Encourage AI-assisted work culture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and operational systems.
  • Familiar with or willing to learn tools such as:
  • Zapier / Make / n8n
  • MCPs, APIs and webhooks
  • Azure / Microsoft platform
  • AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and system thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate business problems into automation solutions.
  • Comfortable working with multiple SaaS tools.

Nice to Have

  • Basic scripting experience (Python / JavaScript).
  • Experience integrating SaaS tools via API.
  • Experience working with ERP / CRM systems.
  • Experience building internal productivity tools or bots.
