Full-Time . Hybrid . Performance Marketing Team
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative and technically sharp Video Editor to join our Performance Marketing team. You'll be the engine behind our paid social creative - producing thumb-stopping Ads/UGC-style content and leveraging AI editing tools to move fast, test often, and scale what works. You'll work closely with our media buyers, strategists, and UGC creators to turn raw footage into high-converting ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
This is a high-output, high-impact role. You won't just be editing videos - you'll be building a creative engine that directly drives revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit short-form video ads per month with a UGC, native-feel aesthetic that performs on paid social
- Work directly with the performance team to produce multiple hook and CTA variants per creative concept for rapid A/B testing
- Use AI tools (e.g. , Google AI Studios, Higgsfield, Kling, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI etc) to accelerate editing, automate captions, generate B-roll, and enhance UGC footage quality
- Brief, review, and reshape raw creator content - cutting for pacing, energy, and conversion without losing authenticity
- Maintain organised project files and a reusable asset library (music, overlays, templates, captions) to support fast iteration
- Stay current on trending formats, hooks, and editing styles across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Collaborate with strategists to understand performance data and apply learnings to future creative iterations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of video editing experience, with a strong portfolio of short-form social content and/or paid ad creatives
- Hands-on experience editing UGC-style content - you understand what makes lo-fi feel authentic vs. cheap
- Active user of at least 2-3 AI video or audio tools in your current workflow (e.g. , Google AI Studios, Higgsfield, Kling, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut Pro After Effects or DaVinci Resolve a plus
- Comfortable working at high volume with fast turnarounds - you thrive in a test-and-learn environment
- Strong sense of pacing, on-screen text, and mobile-first viewing behaviour
- Bonus: experience reviewing creative performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate) and using data to inform edits
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience on a performance marketing or growth team at a DTC brand or agency
- Basic motion graphics skills (lower thirds, animated text, transitions)
- Knowledge of platform-specific ad specs and best practices across Meta and TikTok
