Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Vibe Coder-a developer who effortlessly integrates modern AI-driven coding assistants (such as Cursor, Cline) into their daily development process. As a hands-on engineer, you will write high-quality production code, deliver features quickly, and showcase the transformative potential of AI in development. This role is about more than just chatbot personalities-it's about the energy and synergy you bring by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to tackle complex challenges. The ideal candidate is an innovator, problem-solver, and quick implementer, using AI to maximize efficiency in development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, maintainable code in Python, TypeScript, and React while leveraging advanced AI coding assistants like Cursor and Cline to streamline your workflow.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize the quality, accuracy, and retrieval speed of AI-enhanced development processes.
• Participate actively in daily standups, code reviews, and team discussions, setting a positive vibe with your AI-driven speed and precision.
• Showcase the practical integration of AI tools in production environments, delivering top-tier results without the need for extensive training.
• Adapt your AI prompts, workflows, and coding techniques to align with best practices, style guides, test coverage, and deployment pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI tools and software development, continuously improving your workflow and productivity.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in conversational AI, NLP, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in language models, vector databases, and Langchain.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (like Cursor, Cline, or similar) to accelerate development and enhance workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React.
• A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
