Job Overview
Our client is looking for an AI Transformation Specialist to drive the adoption of AI solutions across business operations. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, shaping ideas, and working closely with stakeholders to implement practical AI use cases that deliver measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is someone who is both hands-on and proactive comfortable contributing ideas in discussions, translating business problems into AI solutions, and driving adoption across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and propose AI-driven opportunities across operational workflows to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and risk management
- Work closely with stakeholders to conceptualise, design, and implement AI use cases aligned with business needs
- Actively contribute ideas and insights during discussions to shape AI initiatives and solutions
- Support the rollout of AI solutions, including developing playbooks, SOPs, and best practices for business teams
- Drive adoption by conducting demos, training sessions, and onboarding for end users
- Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Monitor performance of AI solutions, gather feedback, and continuously improve effectiveness
- Define and track KPIs to measure AI impact and business value
- Support AI governance practices, including documentation, usage guidelines, and risk controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in business operations, project management, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong interest and exposure to AI/ML concepts, including understanding of tools such as LLMs and automation platforms
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions
- Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, dashboards) to generate insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
