Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an AI Technology Middle Platform Product Manager, responsible for functional planning, lifecycle management, and continuous iteration of AI‑related products on the middle platform, aligned with business strategies and defined performance indicators.
- Design, build, and enhance core AI middle‑platform capabilities, including Large Language Model (LLM) application frameworks, NLP foundational capabilities, speech recognition and synthesis components, emotion analysis modules, multimodal technologies, and algorithm toolkits, to enable scalable reuse across multiple business lines.
- Work closely with algorithm, engineering, and data teams, and collaborate with front‑end business product managers to translate business and technical requirements into product requirements documents (PRDs), implementation plans, and delivery milestones.
- Establish access standards, usage guidelines, and operational mechanisms for middle‑platform capabilities to support efficient adoption, reuse, and customization by various business teams.
- Identify and address challenges in capability reuse and adaptation, improving efficiency and consistency across AI product implementations.
- Monitor industry trends and technological developments related to AI technology middle platforms, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for capability enhancement and differentiation.
- Oversee compliance considerations related to AI content safety, data protection, and algorithm governance, ensuring products operate in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in cross‑departmental and cross‑regional (Asia‑Pacific) collaboration, coordinating resources to support requirement reviews, version development, testing, and release, ensuring timely project delivery and smooth adoption of AI solutions by front‑end products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with at least 5 years of experience in AI‑related product, platform, or technology roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, speech recognition and synthesis, emotion analysis, and multimodal systems.
- Experience contributing to or supporting the development of AI platform or shared service capabilities that enable reuse across multiple products or teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with algorithm, engineering, and data teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Experience working with front‑end or customer‑facing product teams to support AI capability integration and functional optimization in real‑world business scenarios (e.g. AI input tools, voice interaction, or conversational systems).
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
- Familiarity with data governance, cybersecurity, and AI‑related compliance considerations in product development environments is an advantage.
