AI Systems Product Lead

Remote | Permanent | Open Budget

We're partnering with a well-funded AI startup backed by an established technology group to build an AI-native productivity platform used by a global audience. This is a highly technical Product Management role where you'll work closely with ML and engineering teams to transform LLM capabilities into reliable, production-ready AI products

What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and requirements for AI-powered features
• Work with ML, backend and mobile engineers on system design and execution
• Drive AI evaluation, experimentation and continuous product improvement
• Balance quality, latency, cost, reliability and user experience
• Own product delivery from concept through production

What We're Looking For

• Min 5+ years of Product Management experience in technical software products
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered products
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering or AI workflows
• Familiar with AI evaluation, hallucinations, model limitations and feedback loops
• Solid understanding of system design and software engineering concepts
• Excellent stakeholder management and product leadership skills

Nice to have

• Technical Product Manager or Software Engineering background
• Experience launching AI-first consumer products
• Startup or zero-to-one product experience
