About the Role
We are building an AI-native organization where intelligent systems augment core business functions. As an AI Strategy Associate, you will work directly with leadership to design, implement, and scale AI-enabled workflows across the company.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and AI systems. You will help analyze high-level strategic opportunities while also building and optimizing AI-driven processes across go-to-market functions including sales, marketing, and operations.
The goal is to develop an AI orchestration layer for the company, where multiple AI tools and agents work together to automate workflows, generate insights, and improve decision-making.This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who enjoys structured thinking, experimentation, and building new systems from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis
- Support leadership in analyzing company-level strategic initiatives
- Conduct market, competitive, and operational research
- Develop insights and recommendations for business growth and operational efficiency
- Work on high-priority strategic projects across the organization
AI Workflow Design & Orchestration
- Map internal workflows across sales, marketing, and operations
- Design AI-enabled processes that automate research, analysis, reporting, and execution
- Develop multi-step AI workflows using modern AI tools and automation platforms
- Identify opportunities where AI systems can significantly improve productivity
AI Systems Optimization
- Evaluate outputs from AI systems and identify improvement opportunities
- Design feedback loops to improve AI performance and workflow quality
- Monitor and refine AI-driven processes to improve efficiency and reliability
- Work with developers or external partners to implement integrations when necessary
Experimentation & Innovation
- Continuously test emerging AI tools and frameworks
- Prototype new AI workflows that improve company productivity
- Document best practices and build internal playbooks for AI adoption
Requirements
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- Ability to break down complex problems and design logical workflows
- Strong research and strategic analysis capabilities
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
AI & Technology Familiarity
- Interest in AI systems, automation, and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, automation tools, AI workflow tools) is a plus
- Experience experimenting with AI tools and agent workflows
- Comfort experimenting with new tools and technologies
Technical & AI Skills (Good to have)
- Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages) is a plus
- Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or workflow tools
- Ability to prototype solutions independently before working with developers
Experience
- 14 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or analytical roles
- Experience in startups, consulting, or high-growth environments is a plus
