AI Solutions Engineer (Agents & Integrations)

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, integrate, and optimise AI agents across a range of business applications. The position is suited for individuals who enjoy working on complex problems and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
. Design and deploy AI agents to address real business use cases across various industries
. Work across integrations, data pipelines, and system architectures to deliver end-to-end solutions
. Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementations
. Analyse complex workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation
. Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and communication systems
. Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of AI solutions in production environments
. For specialists, contribute deep expertise in areas such as telephony architecture or specific integration domains

Requirements
. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
. Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation roles
. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data workflows
. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation tools, or agent-based systems is an advantage
. Ability to break down complex problems and design practical, scalable solutions
. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
