Technical owner for AI tool rollouts across SAP. Bridges platform administration, governance compliance, and internal enablement.
Supports:
- the Product Owner or Project Lead with technical solution design to implement the solution
- the System Architect to execute the architecture technical enablers to evident the proposed architecture is feasible
What You'll Do
Platform Administration & Technical Ownership
- Administer and configure AI tool platforms (access management, settings, integrations)
- Own connector setup and troubleshooting across enterprise systems (M365, Jira, GitHub, etc.)
- Evaluate technical feasibility of new tools or features before rollout . Maintain technical documentation for platforms in scope
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary technical point of contact for various compliance, security, enterprise architecture stakeholders within the company
- Drive security and governance discussions translate technical details for non-technical reviewers
- Track and follow up on approval workflows and compliance requirements
- Ensure deployed solutions meet enterprise compliance standards (GDPR, EU AI Act)
Enablement & Communication
- Explain new AI tool features to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Build demo artifacts and proof-of-concepts that illustrate tool capabilities
- Create and deliver workshop materials (e.g., n8n workflows, use case walkthroughs)
- Support onboarding of new tools for internal teams
Project Support & Delivery
- Coordinate across teams on technical dependencies and timelines
- Flag technical risks early to the Product Owner or Project Lead
- Keep the technical workstream moving without needing constant direction
- Contribute to delivery milestones within defined policies and processes
Accountability
- Responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned AI tool rollouts
- Works independently within given area of responsibility (within defined policies and processes)

What You Bring
Required
Qualification & Certifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- IAPP AIGP, SAP, or cloud platform certifications (desirable)
Core Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience administering SaaS and enterprise platforms (access management, SSO, API configuration)
- Working knowledge of connector and integration setup (M365, Jira, GitHub, etc.)
- Ability to interpret APIs, authentication flows (OAuth, SAML), and strong python skills with full stack understanding
AI Tool & Platform Expertise
- Familiarity with enterprise AI tools (e.g., Claude, Perplexity, n8n, Microsoft Copilot)
- Understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and agentic workflow tools
- Ability to build demos and proof-of-concepts using low-code/no-code platforms
Governance & Compliance Experience
- Experience engaging with risk, security, procurement, and architecture review boards
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy (GDPR, EU AI Act), and third-party risk management
- Ability to translate technical concepts for compliance and non-technical stakeholders
Collaboration & Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience running workshops, enablement sessions, or technical onboarding
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and surface risks proactively
