About the Role

We are hiring for a leading firm specializing in the validation and assurance of high-stakes AI. We ensure that machine learning systems are robust, secure, and explainable before they hit the real world.

As a Solutions Architect, you will bridge the gap between client mission requirements and internal engineering to build trust in autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI Roadmaps: Design validation frameworks for GenAI, computer vision, and autonomous systems.

• Lead Technical Discovery: Translate complex operational pain points into high-level technical solutions.

• Oversee Delivery: Manage cross-functional teams of scientists and engineers to deploy solutions in secure, high-stakes environments.

• Risk Mitigation: Advise on system hardening against model hallucinations, performance drift, and security vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Solution or Software Architecture for customer-facing platforms.

• AI/ML Depth: Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle, RAG applications, and model verification.

• Tech Stack: Proficient in Python and API structures familiar with modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate complex procurement processes and engage senior leadership.

• Data Literacy: Competency in ontology modeling and structured data representations.
