AI Software Engineer

We are partnered with an established technology-driven organization operating in the data exchange and infrastructure domain. They are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to lead the adoption of AI-assisted development practices across their core software delivery lifecycle.

About the Role

In this role, you will bridge modern software engineering with advanced Generative AI capabilities. You will design systems end-to-end, leveraging LLM-driven coding tools to translate abstract business goals into robust, production-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable enterprise-grade applications by leveraging modern AI-assisted workflows and advanced prompt techniques.
• Direct and validate AI-generated code, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability across full-stack systems.
• Embed GenAI developer tools into continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines and existing DevOps workflows.
• Build rapid prototypes, iterate quickly toward production deployment, and create reusable prompt libraries and architectural patterns.
• Mentor cross-functional engineering teams on responsible AI practices and optimized prompt execution.

Requirements

• At least 6 years in full-stack software development (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, or React/Next.js).
• Hands-on experience using modern AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code) in software delivery.
• Strong fundamentals in cloud-native deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker), and modern databases.
• Solid understanding of secure software design and code review standards.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
