Team Introduction
The TikTok Search Product Team is the driving force behind one of the platform's most critical user experiences - search and discovery. Our mission is to build the world's best search experience that connects billions of users with the content they love and the answers they need on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Apply cutting-edge large model technologies to build innovative product features, combined with the business scenarios of an international short-video APP.
- Sensitive to product function analysis and industry competitor trends, benchmarking best-in-class experiences to drive iterations of product functions and main frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and design teams to ensure efficient product implementation and continuous optimization.
- Keep track of AIGC industry trends, provide strategic suggestions, and drive continuous product evolution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or or related majors is required, to demonstrate the specialized knowledge, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities needed for this role.
- More than 3 years of working experience as a Product Manager. Proven track record of scaling a chatbot product from concept to = 10M users.
- Familiar with product design and project management processes, with good communication and coordination skills. Demonstrated ability to align product, legal, and engineering teams in delivering compliant market entries.
- In-depth understanding of artificial intelligence, natural language processing and machine learning technologies.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in search, large models, Chatbot or function optimization is preferred.
- Keen market insight, capable of effectively analyzing user needs and industry trends. Experience leading product launches in emerging markets.
- Team player, willing to take on challenges and learn new technologies.
