About the Role
We are looking for an AI Search & GEO Specialist to help build and scale our presence across emerging AI search and generative discovery channels. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, AI, content, and growth, requiring someone who is curious about how large language models retrieve, cite, and recommend information. You will play a key role in improving brand visibility, qualified traffic, and conversion opportunities across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
Key Responsibilities
- GEO Channel Operations & Optimization: Support the execution and optimization of GEO initiatives across major AI chatbot and AI search platforms, improving brand visibility, qualified traffic, and conversion opportunities within AI-generated answers and discovery environments.
- Performance Measurement & Workflow Management: Build and maintain GEO operating workflows, prompt libraries, and measurement frameworks, while monitoring AI visibility, brand mentions, citation sources, traffic attribution, and competitor performance.
- Cross-Functional GEO Implementation: Work closely with business, content, SEO, and technical teams to optimize content, website assets, and brand signals based on LLM retrieval behavior, citation logic, and answer-generation preferences.
- Partnership & Ecosystem Support: Support research and collaboration efforts with AI platforms, publishers, data providers, and ecosystem partners to expand channel opportunities and strengthen brand presence across AI-driven environments.
- Industry Research & Insights: Track developments in GEO, AI search, and generative AI, producing actionable insights and recommendations to support channel strategy, business growth, and resource allocation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Background: 1–3 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, growth operations, digital marketing, website operations, or related fields. Experience in overseas markets, fintech, financial services, SaaS, e-commerce, or search-related roles is advantageous.
- AI & GEO Interest: Strong interest in AI search, generative AI, and emerging discovery channels. Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews is preferred, while prior GEO experience is a strong advantage but not required.
- Analytical & Execution Skills: Comfortable working with performance metrics, structured workflows, and data-driven optimization. Able to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and continuously iterate based on results.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, content, SEO, and technical teams.
- Learning Agility: Highly self-motivated, curious, and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and continuously learn in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Education & Language: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong English proficiency is required to support daily work, including reviewing industry reports, technical documentation, and overseas market developments. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus to facilitate collaboration with colleagues across APAC offices, including Chinese-speaking teams.
