We are looking for an AI Researcher to join our R&D team, focusing on statistical modelling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and applied AI development. The role involves developing rigorous analytical models and exploring LLM-powered AI agents to solve real-world research problems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate predictive models, including regression, classification, time-series forecasting, and mathematical models.
- Conduct statistical analysis and experimentation, including EDA, hypothesis testing, power analysis, significance testing, and model validation.
- Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, outlier detection, and analysis of structured datasets.
- Research and develop LLM-powered AI agents capable of reasoning, querying data, and invoking predictive models or analytical tools.
- Build reproducible Python-based ML pipelines and evaluate model performance and limitations.
- Communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in predictive modelling: regression, classification and/or time-series forecasting.
- Strong foundation in statistical modelling and experimental analysis.
- Proficient in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and SciPy, with good data manipulation and feature-engineering skills.
- Good understanding of supervised, unsupervised and generative machine-learning models.
- Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, Generative AI or agentic frameworks is advantageous.
- Strong research methodology, analytical thinking, model evaluation and experimentation skills.
