AI Researcher (LLM/NLP)

Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Researcher to drive research and development in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI. This role focuses on LLM research, information retrieval, reasoning, model evaluation, and the development of innovative AI solutions through scientific experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in NLP and LLM domains, including information retrieval, entity-relation extraction, reasoning, sentiment analysis, and LLM vulnerabilities.
• Design and execute scientific experiments, benchmarking frameworks, and model evaluations.
• Develop and evaluate Generative AI and LLM solutions using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP frameworks.
• Research synthetic data generation, LLM performance optimisation, and emerging AI techniques.
• Communicate research findings and collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into deployable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong background in NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, and machine learning research.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Experience in information retrieval, reasoning, entity-relation extraction, sentiment analysis, or LLM evaluation.
• Strong understanding of research methodology, experiment design, benchmarking, and model evaluation.
• Experience developing, fine-tuning, or evaluating LLM solutions.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
