What You'll Learn

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI research and development across key focus areas such as: Agentic AI; Vibe Coding; AI-Ready Data; AI Safety
  • End-to-end exposure from problem identification to proof-of-concept (PoC) development and thought leadership
  • Opportunities to translate research into real-world business value

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and define business problem statements within assigned AI topic areas
  • Conduct in-depth research on existing technical frameworks, industry case studies, and implementation strategies
  • Design and execute experiments or prototypes (e.g., data exploration, model configuration, or front-end visualizations)
  • Evaluate and propose business use cases with potential impact and benefit estimation
  • Translate research outcomes into thought leadership content (e.g., whitepapers, articles, internal briefs)

What You'll Need to Succeed

Technical Skills

  • Experience handling large datasets and a working knowledge of Generative AI concepts
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, SQL, Java, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with data science tools, model development frameworks, and cloud platforms is a plus

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to explore new and emerging technologies
