Job responsibilities

• Lead and execute scientific experiments across LLM core components (retrieval/RAG, entity-relation extraction, prompting/programming, reasoning, safety).
• Curate data with engineers (collection, preprocessing, QA/augmentation) and build training/evaluation pipelines.
• Analyze results document methods, architectures, and best present findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute code reviews and architecture discussions help mature low-TRL research into robust prototypes.
• Stay current with advances in NLP/GenAI optional but valued: publications in reputable venues.
• (Senior track) Mentor teammates or cross-team collaborators.

Job requirements

• PhD in Computer Science/Engineering/Statistics (or related). Strong Masters profiles with research output will be considered.
• 24+ years in AI/ML/NLP research (open to early-career researchers with publications).
• Depth in one or more: LLM modeling, information retrieval/RAG, entity-relation extraction, prompt engineering/agentic frameworks, reasoning, or LLM vulnerabilities/safety.
• Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow strong experimental design, analysis, and communication.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering to move research toward productization.
