Trustdecision is embarking on a series of high-stakes strategic projects in the AI-native space.

We are seeking a high-octane AI Strategy & Engineering Intern to bridge the gap between deep technical research and rapid product innovation. This role is designed for those who want to build, break, and iterate on cutting-edge AI implementations that directly impact our global

strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping: Design and deploy experimental AI agent architectures using

modern frameworks and custom orchestration layers.

• Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dives into modern LLM architectures and emerging

AI-native trends to identify competitive advantages.

• Agentic Workflows: Build autonomous systems focusing on tool-use, multi-step

reasoning, and self-correction.

• Innovation: Solve complex problems in AI implementation—optimizing for speed,

latency, and reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Graduate degree (Masters/PhD) in CS, AI, or Data Science. Highly-driven senior undergraduates with a proven portfolio will be considered.

• Deep Learning Mastery: Solid fundamental knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and the mechanics of modern LLMs.

• The Builder Mentality: Proven ability to move from a white-paper concept to a functional Python prototype with extreme speed.

• AI Agent Specialist: Hands-on experience with AI agents, including state management, long-term memory, and external tool integration.

• Mindset: A think outside the box approach, highly motivated, and the ability to innovate quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Stack

• Languages/Frameworks: Advanced Python; proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• LLMs: Experience with proprietary APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source models

(Llama, Mistral).

• Infrastructure: Familiarity with vector databases, RAG patterns, and API design.
