About the Role
- Manage full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
- Focus on AI-related hiring across functions such as AI engineering, infrastructure, product, research, and applied AI
- Conduct market mapping and talent research across Singapore and global markets
- Partner with high-quality candidates and global clients on strategic hiring projects
- Stay updated on AI industry trends and talent movement

- Has experience in recruitment / executive search / talent acquisition
- Strong interest in AI and technology markets
- Good communication skills and learning agility
