Project Manager (AI & Digital Transformation)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-wide AI, data, and technology transformation initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end programme execution, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, quality, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI, data, digital transformation, and technology programmes.
• Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, resource allocation, budgets, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
• Track programme performance through KPIs, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise governance standards, risk frameworks, and regulatory obligations.
• Support audit, compliance, and change management activities while driving continuous improvement across delivery processes.
