Prudential's Group AI function is driving enterprise-wide AI innovation and adoption through strategic programmes that accelerate AI product incubation, enable experimentation, and foster collaboration across markets. As AI Programme Manager, you will manage the planning, execution, and governance of AI initiatives across Prudential Group and Local Business Units (LBUs), ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable impact.
This role requires strong programme management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-market initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and external ecosystem partners to scale AI capabilities and position Prudential as a leader in AI-driven insurance innovation.
Responsibilities:
Programme Leadership & Governance
- Own end-to-end delivery of Group AI programmes, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
- Define programme objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks aligned with Prudential's AI strategy.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones across multiple workstreams and geographies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between Group AI, LBUs, and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
- Facilitate workshops and steering committees to source problem statements and prioritize AI use cases.
- Communicate programme progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
Innovation Enablement
- Drive the incubation and scaling of AI products through structured programmes and accelerators.
- Support LBUs in identifying high-impact AI opportunities and integrating solutions into business processes.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across markets.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide regular programme updates to Group AI leadership and key stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and deliver insights on adoption, impact, and ecosystem engagement.
- Contribute to strategic roadmap development for Group AI initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in programme management in technology or innovation domains.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across regions.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
