AI Product Manager

Job Responsibilities‌

. Work closely with solutions managers and the business team to assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and production iterations.

. Cooperate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operation, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals.

. Assist in creating product requirements documents (PRDs) that outline product features, functionality, and user experience.

. Conduct comprehensive testing prior to system deployment to validate feature completeness and ensure all functionalities work as intended.

. Support business operational tasks implementation and track users feedback to provide sufficient optimization features.

. Collect Voice of the Customer feedback and insights to create meaningful user stories and use cases.

Qualifications‌ and Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

. 1to 3 years relevant experience

. Understanding and having hands-on experience in a SAAS/mobile App product team is preferred.

. Effective troubleshooting skills, a great problem solver with the ability to structure an action plan.

. Excellent logical and structural thinking.

. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

. Able to travel overseas

. Proficient in using SQL and familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
