We are looking for a high-caliber AI Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent solutions that bridge the gap between elite athletic performance and clinical healthcare. You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable product features, leveraging your background in top-tier management consulting to drive roadmap strategy, stakeholder alignment, and market entry.
Product Vision & Strategy: Define the AI/ML roadmap for products targeting athlete longevity, injury prevention, and patient health monitoring.
Consultative Leadership: Apply a structured, hypothesis-driven approach (learned in Tier 1 consulting) to solve ambiguous product challenges and prioritize high-impact AI initiatives.
Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle-from data ingestion and model training to UI/UX integration and clinical validation.
Platform Ecosystems: Evaluate and leverage various AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or specialized health-tech LLMs) to build scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant architectures.
Stakeholder Synthesis: Act as the translator between data scientists, sports physiologists, medical professionals, and executive leadership.
Consulting Pedigree: 3+ years at a major management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Deloitte Strategy) with a focus on digital transformation or healthcare.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Healthcare ecosystem (Electronic Health Records, HIPAA, clinical workflows) and/or Sports Science (wearable data, biomechanics).
AI/ML Fluency: Strong grasp of AI platform capabilities, including predictive analytics, computer vision (for movement analysis), and Generative AI applications in a regulated environment.
Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field an MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: The ability to present complex technical roadmaps to C-suite executives with clarity and wit.

You are comfortable navigating the gray areas between medical-grade accuracy and consumer-grade sports experiences.
