Your new role
As an AI Tools Product Manager, you will drive the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our next-generation AI productivity products. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, dive deep into data, and stay ahead of global trends to shape tools that delight users and scale impact.
1. Product Planning & Strategy
- Align product direction with the company's business goals and overall product roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end product definition, including concepting, interaction design, and crafting detailed requirement documentation for AI tool products.
2. Data-Driven Product Optimization
- Analyze product metrics, user acquisition patterns, engagement behaviors, and performance indicators.
- Identify issues, bugs, and optimization opportunities.
- Propose actionable solutions to ensure ongoing product iteration and quality improvement.
3. Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Monitor global trends in AI and productivity tools.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and in-depth research on top-performing products.
- Translate insights into strategies that support long-term product innovation.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, commercialization, and growth teams to understand operational and business needs.
- Optimize product features to improve efficiency, user experience, and overall business outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; international education background is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Internet Product Manager in tech-driven environments.
- Proven experience launching products from 0 to 1; prior work on productivity tool apps is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and high user empathy.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented-comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
