AI Product Manager (B2C)

What You'll Do

• Learn the full lifecycle of a product - from market research and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch improvement - under the mentorship of experienced product leaders.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations to support product development and delivery.

• Conduct market research using interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand user behavior and customer needs across different markets.

• Assist in product planning, feature design, technical discussions, and quality checks to ensure smooth product execution.

• Collect and analyze user feedback to support continuous product enhancement and iteration.

• Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, user enablement, and adoption strategies.

• Participate in international product strategy initiatives and gain exposure to global business expansion.

• Be open to overseas business travel or long-term international assignments when required.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, UX, AI, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze user needs and business challenges.

• Understanding of product development workflows and familiarity with Agile methodologies or project tools.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.

• Quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-changing, international environment.

• Passion for building products that serve global users.

• Candidates must hold permanent residency in the country of employment.

• Willing to travel and relocate internationally when required.
