Job Description
- Direct AI‑enabled research workflows to monitor competitors, analyse market activity, and review internal digital products
- Conduct detailed competitor teardowns covering product features, user journeys, pricing, positioning, launches, and experiments
- Evaluate internal products from a real‑user perspective to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Decide what to investigate next, extending research angles and refining questions as insights emerge
- Synthesise findings into concise, decision‑ready recommendations for Product and Growth stakeholders
- Share learnings clearly through structured reports, presentations, and discussions
- Continuously improve research workflows by feeding insights back into existing intelligence processes
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in product analysis, competitive intelligence, market research, product operations, or adjacent product roles
- Strong ability to perform competitor and product teardowns and translate observations into practical recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex findings clearly
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research and analysis beyond basic chat usage
- Self‑driven and confident working in ambiguous, exploratory environments
- Strong judgement, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership from discovery to recommendation
