AI Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with HR team to organize HR responsibilities develop HR AI strategy and digital human role

2. Leverage current mainstream AI technologies and collaborate with the company's R&D middle platform team to:

- Co-develop the HR AI strategy.

- Build HR AI Digital Humans tailored to different HR roles, integrating HR policies and regulatory frameworks.

- Lead the testing, deployment, and operational implementation of HR AI Digital Humans, ensuring alignment with and service to the HR needs of various business units.

3. Build and maintain the HR AI Digital Human system to enhance HR quality and efficiency.

4. Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong interest in trending AI technologies and HR Management.
• Passionate in leveraging AI to improve enterprise HR management.
• Familiarity with mainstream AI tools (e.g., OpenClaw) is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required for this position as the incumbent is required to facilitate seamless communication and technical collaboration with our HQ and regional R&D/support teams in China. Responsibilities include participating in meetings conducted in Mandarin, interpreting technical specifications, and managing project documentation in Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI products or digital human projects.
