Use the advanced backlog and workflow functions of Jira to organise AI product requirements, prototype activities, feature priorities, development tasks, testing actions, and delivery timelines.
Expand the use of Jira beyond ticket management by establishing structured AI product development workflows from ideation and prototyping through validation and product readiness.
Use GitHub for version control, prototype repositories, technical documentation, issue tracking, release records, peer collaboration, and controlled management of product development artefacts.
Use approved AI prototyping tools to build and test proof-of-concept solutions, validate AI use cases, evaluate technical feasibility, and document prototype results.
Plan and coordinate proof-of-concept activities, prototype testing, customer validation, user acceptance reviews, and product readiness assessments.
Evaluate prototype performance, product functionality, customer feedback, technical constraints, data requirements, and business value to recommend product enhancements.
Prepare product requirement documents, feature briefs, user stories, prototype summaries, test findings, and internal product development updates.
