AI Product Designer

UNLOCKLAND is a Singapore-based AI technology company building an AI operating system for real estate development and urban planning.

We are part of the Harvard Innovation Labs ecosystem, with several key enterprise customers internationally. We are expanding our product team in Singapore and looking for a highly hands-on product designer who wants to build AI-native products.

We're looking for a Product Designer who can go beyond Figma.

You should be able to understand a product problem, design the user experience, and use modern AI and vibe-coding tools to turn your designs directly into functional prototypes and product experiences.

This is primarily a product design role, but we're looking for someone with strong product thinking who can also take ownership of features like a Product Manager.

You'll work directly with our founders, domain experts and AI engineers to move quickly from:

Idea → UX → Design → Vibe Coding → Working Prototype → User Testing → Production

• Own the UX/UI design of key UNLOCKLAND product experiences
• Turn complex AI and real estate workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
• Design user flows, wireframes and polished product interfaces
• Use Figma for product design and design systems
• Use vibe coding and AI development tools to turn designs into functional prototypes
• Build and test product ideas yourself instead of waiting for engineering resources
• Work directly with AI engineers to move prototypes into production
• Talk to users and understand their workflows and pain points
• Define feature requirements and acceptance criteria when needed
• Help prioritise features based on customer needs and product strategy
• Participate in enterprise POCs and rapidly prototype customer use cases
• Continuously experiment with new AI interfaces, agents and interaction patterns

• 2–6 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI or digital product development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real product design work
• Excellent Figma skills
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design and information architecture
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools
• Experience using vibe coding / AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to turn your own designs into functional prototypes
• Strong product thinking — understanding not only how something should look, but what should be built and why
• Comfortable working directly with engineers and users
• Comfortable taking ownership of a feature from problem definition through launch

Experience with B2B SaaS, AI products, data-heavy interfaces, GIS/maps or real estate technology is a strong advantage.

AI / Vibe Coding: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, v0 or similar

Product: Linear, Notion, analytics/user feedback tools

You don't need to be a traditional software engineer.

• But you should be comfortable turning your designs into working software with AI.
