AI Product Architect / Lead

Role Summary The AI Product Architect to own the design and evolution of analytics-driven and decision intelligence AI systems, translating complex operational data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

. Architect AI systems for analytics, forecasting, and decision support

. Design agent workflows combining structured data, models, and reasoning

. Partner closely with Product, PMs, and Customers to shape use cases

. Ensure AI outputs are measurable, explainable, and actionable

. Review and guide implementation by AI engineers

Generic (Must-Have) Skills

. 8-12 years in data, analytics, or AI systems

. Strong background in:

1. Data modeling, SQL, analytics pipelines
2. LLM-based reasoning and tool usage

. Experience designing end-to-end AI flows (not just models)

. Strong storytelling and presentation skills

1. Able to explain insights, not just generate them

Prompt Engineering & Hallucination Control

. Design and govern structured prompt architectures (identity, guardrails, tasklanes, reasoning control).

. Implement hallucination mitigation including grounding, refusal logic,confidence thresholds, and safe-fail behaviour.

. Own prompt versioning, regression testing, and controlled rollout acrossproducts.

. Ensure AI responses are explainable, traceable, and defensible

Preferred / Product-Specific Skills

. Experience with:

1. Operational analytics, KPIs, forecasting
2. Decision intelligence systems

. Familiarity with ERP / operations data is a strong plus

. Exposure to maritime, logistics, energy, or asset-heavy industries
