AI Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered business solutions.
• Build and customize solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Develop and integrate AI models and intelligent assistants.
• Configure and enhance Workday and/or ServiceNow AI Assistants.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate and Cloud Flows.
• Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI and automation solutions.
• Optimize AI workflows and ensure best practices for deployment and governance.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in AI development and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience working with AI/LLMs and enterprise AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Workday AI Assistants and/or ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate and Cloud Flows.
• Experience developing dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Experience with prompt engineering and generative AI use cases.
• Microsoft certifications in AI, Power Platform, or Azure are a plus.
