AI Change & Org Design Lead – Insurance AI Transformation Programme
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Singapore / Malaysia with regional travel across multiple markets
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Change & Organisational Design Lead to drive enterprise change management, workforce transformation, and operating model evolution as part of a large-scale AI and GenAI transformation programme within the insurance sector.
This role will focus on ensuring organisational readiness, adoption, governance, capability uplift, and sustainable integration of AI-enabled ways of working across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise AI change management and transformation strategies
- Lead organisational impact assessments across business and operational functions
- Design future-state operating models and workforce transformation frameworks
- Partner with senior leadership teams to drive AI adoption and business readiness
- Develop communication, training, engagement, and stakeholder management plans
- Support AI governance, responsible AI adoption, and cultural transformation initiatives
- Identify capability gaps and support AI upskilling and workforce enablement programmes
- Drive change interventions across multiple markets and business units
- Monitor adoption metrics, organisational effectiveness, and transformation outcomes
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in organisational change, transformation, or operating model design
- Strong insurance sector experience
- Proven experience supporting AI, digital, automation, or GenAI transformation initiatives
- Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation and stakeholder engagement programmes
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive engagement capability
- Experience operating within regional or multi-market environments
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to workforce transformation related to AI adoption
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
- Experience supporting agile transformation environments
