About The Role
Role: RevOps Intern / Graduate Trainee (Sales Intelligence)
Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Duration: 6–12 months (June / July 2026 start)

This role sits at the intersection of AI tooling, sales intelligence, and CRM operations. The work you ship will directly change how our sales team learns, coaches, and wins deals — and you'll leave with a portfolio of real systems to show for it.
What You'll Do
Coach the sales team through data
- Review sales call recordings and transcripts (Gong or similar) to identify patterns, strengths, and gaps
- Translate themes into actionable coaching opportunities for Sales leadership and managers — not just observations, but recommendations
- Design and maintain a scoring rubric aligned to what great looks like across discovery, qualification, objection handling, and next-step discipline
Own the Gong → HubSpot data pipeline
- Good AI output requires clean data. You'll own this end to end — manually fixing what's broken today, then building systems so it stays clean.
- Maintain a lightweight dashboard that surfaces trends and rep-level opportunities
What Success Looks Like
- A scoring rubric Sales leadership trusts and uses in coaching conversations
- A simple dashboard that highlights behavior-level trends and improvement areas
- Early evidence of improvement in targeted behaviors (e.g., tighter discovery, clearer next steps)
About You
Must-haves
- Strong pattern recognition — you spot signal in noisy data and turn it into practical recommendations
- Clear, concise communication: you can write weekly updates for busy stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity; you iterate fast and document as you go
- Genuine curiosity about AI — you don't wait to be taught tools, you go figure them out
- Based in Singapore and able to work in a hybrid setup
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; basic data skills (SQL is a bonus)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot)
- Familiarity with call intelligence (Gong/Chorus)
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger)
