Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, or SRE roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana/Kibana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace).
- Proficiency in Python, Java programming, Shell scripting, or similar languages for automation and data processing.
- Elastic Logstash programming knowledge is a huge advantage
- Experience applying machine learning techniques to operational data (e.g., anomaly detection, clustering, forecasting).
- Understanding of incident management and change control in financial institutions.
- Experience with AIOps platforms (e.g., Elastic, Moogsoft, BigPanda etc...).
- Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Logstash, and Kibana for data ingestion and visualization.
- Knowledge of banking systems, core banking platforms, or payment gateways.
- Certifications in Elastic or observability tools.
