Job Summary
Join Nexus Bridge AI as an AI Operations & Business Intern to support TikTok Shop merchant onboarding, coordinate projects, conduct AI-driven research, and assist business development in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
Merchant Operations
- Assist in setting up TikTok Shop and onboarding merchants to enable smooth platform integration
- Create and optimize product listings, vouchers, and store pages to enhance merchant visibility and sales
- Manage merchant account operations and support registration and onboarding processes
Project Coordination
- Follow up with merchants and customers to ensure timely communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate meetings, project schedules, and content-related activities including filming to support project delivery
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to facilitate collaboration and project progress
Administration & Documentation
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to support proposals and client communications
- Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and contracts to facilitate business agreements
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records for operational transparency
- Manage email correspondence and client follow-up to sustain engagement
- Support daily business administration tasks to ensure smooth operations
Research & AI Support
- Research TikTok platform updates, new features, and policies to inform business strategies
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and threats
- Utilize ChatGPT and AI tools to support research, problem-solving, and business operations
- Investigate industry trends, business opportunities, and growth strategies to aid decision-making
- Assist in testing and implementing AI tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency
Business Support
- Support lead generation and prospecting activities to expand client base
- Research potential clients and industries to inform business development efforts
- Assist with business development projects to drive company growth
- Support daily operational activities to maintain business continuity
Required competencies and certifications
- Good spoken and written English communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to communicate in spoken Mandarin to support bilingual client interactions
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools for research and problem-solving to enhance productivity
- Strong research and analytical skills to deliver actionable insights
- Organized, responsible, and proactive work approach to manage tasks independently
- Willingness to learn TikTok, AI, and digital marketing to adapt to evolving business needs
- Ability to work independently and find solutions to challenges
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience using ChatGPT, Canva, or social media platforms to support content creation and research
- Basic knowledge of TikTok, Xiaohongshu, or digital marketing to contribute to marketing initiatives
- Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or IT to complement role requirements
Other Information
- Location: Singapore (Hybrid Working Arrangement)
- Allowance: SGD 1,000 - SGD 1,500 per month
- Duration: 3 - 6 Months
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
