AI/ML Solutions Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for real-world business problems.
• Build end-to-end machine learning solutions from data collection and modeling to deployment and monitoring.
• Work on areas such as Generative AI, NLP, Personalization, Image Recognition, Speech Recognition, and Time Series Forecasting.
• Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and academic advancements.
• Develop production-grade AI deployment strategies on cloud platforms.
• Ensure code quality, testing, CI/CD integration, and system scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and scalable AI systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Generative AI or NLP is an advantage.
