AI/ML Model Risk & Governance Analyst (Compliance) l 12-month contract

Responsibilities

• Support model risk governance and compliance for ML and Generative AI (GenAI) models.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, banking policies, and model validation standards.
• Maintain model inventory, governance documentation, and model risk records.
• Prepare compliance reports and presentations for stakeholders, auditors, and senior management.
• Coordinate remediation activities arising from audits, reviews, and regulatory findings.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Model Risk teams throughout the model lifecycle, from development to retirement.
• Support responsible, auditable, and compliant AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Model Risk Management, Model Validation, Risk Governance, or Compliance within the banking industry.
• Understanding of ML and GenAI models and their governance requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
