What you'll do
- Build and ship AI/agent features end to end.
- Tune prompts, parameters, and model choices for quality, latency, and cost.
- Add guardrails, evals, and fallbacks so output stays reliable at scale.
- Instrument performance and continuously drive wins on quality, speed, and spend.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering to ship fast.
You're a fit if you
- Have shipped LLM or agent features to production and can debug messy edge cases.
- Understand model behavior: sampling, context windows, tool use, and prompt sensitivity.
- Know how to measure and reduce latency, errors, and token spend.
- Are comfortable with data stores, queues, and observability basics.
- Move fast, own outcomes, and communicate crisply.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent patterns, retrieval, and evals.
- Model optimization, quantization, or batching experience.
- Background in growth, SEO, or marketing systems.
