Job Summary:

The AI Innovation Manager leads strategic AI initiatives, identifies emerging technologies, and integrates innovative AI solutions within our organization. This role bridges technology and business strategy, ensuring AI-driven transformations align with organizational objectives and competitive advantages

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend new AI technologies, trends, and methodologies.
• Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to maintain industry leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and external AI partners.
• Oversee AI pilot projects, measure outcomes, and scale successful innovations across the organization.
• Develop strategic AI roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.
• Communicate clearly with executive leadership regarding AI strategy, project progress, risks, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience leading AI, machine learning, or innovation projects.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of emerging tech areas such as Quantum ML, AI for Networking, and Embodied AI.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
