ABOUT THE ROLE
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Singapore, Dymon Asia Capital is a leading Asia-focused alternative investment manager. With offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo and Dubai, the firm invests in local talent to build deep expertise across Asia's markets.
We are launching a six-month AI Management Fellowship, from January to June 2027, to accelerate firmwide AI adoption and drive business transformation. A small cohort of high-potential fellows will work alongside teams across the firm, identifying opportunities, redesigning workflows, and building AI solutions that improve how we operate while complying with applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Fellows receive structured training and mentorship alongside real exposure to the business, then complete two to three rotations through functions such as operations, technology, risk, compliance, legal, human resources, business development, investor relations, business management, and investment teams where relevant. In each rotation, fellows help teams adopt AI by mapping processes, finding operational bottlenecks, building prototypes, and turning ideas into working improvements. Strong performers may be considered for full-time conversion, subject to business needs and applicable internal policies.
Ideal candidates are intellectually curious, proactive, and have a strong interest in how AI is reshaping organisations and workflows. Prior AI experience is helpful but not essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong judgement, clear communication, problem-solving, and learning agility, along with the interpersonal skills to build trust, navigate team dynamics, and collaborate with others to deliver practical change.
A six-month commitment is preferred. A minimum commitment of three months may be considered on a case-by-case basis for selected candidates. Final office placement will be based on business needs.
