The LIVE Ecosystem Governance team plays a crucial role in ensuring platform integrity by designing product strategies, moderation mechanisms, and governance solutions to support sustainable growth. As a Product Manager, you will help develop governance tools, optimize ecosystem strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance live-streaming experiences.
At TikTok LIVE, you'll work on real-world governance challenges at a global scale, collaborate with top industry experts, and contribute to shaping the future of live-streaming. This role provides hands-on product management experience and opportunities for career growth in the content governance and online community safety space.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for model strategy operation related to TikTok live streaming business governance. Gain a thorough understanding of the business model, launch and maintain models and related rules, and analyze and take charge of the effectiveness of model strategies.
2. Identify problems and develop solutions through data and case analysis, then collaborate with other departments to systematically promote the implementation of solutions.
3. Establish a sound evaluation mechanism, provide reasonable assessment results for the current status of online strategies in TikTok live streaming business, develop indicators, and do a good job in data operation and data asset management.
4. Be sensitive to cutting-edge technologies, understand model principles, have basic iteration ideas, and be familiar with various sample production schemes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with hands-on experience in content ecology governance, LLM/AI model strategy operations, or data-driven model iteration.
2. Proven track record in leading end-to-end LLM model lifecycle operations (data production, training, evaluation, iteration) for content moderation or similar governance use cases.
3. Demonstrated experience building model evaluation frameworks and benchmark datasets (e.g., GoldenSet) for live streaming or large-scale content platforms.
4. Strong data analysis skills to identify issues, monitor performance, and drive data-backed improvements.
5. Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with strong written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Direct experience in live streaming or short-video content governance.
2. Experience building human-in-the-loop data production systems, including knowledge distillation and prompt tuning for foundation models.
3. Hands-on experience improving model performance via CoT sample optimization, bad case analysis, and prompt engineering.
4. Experience collaborating with algorithm, product, and annotation teams to drive model iteration projects.
5. Experience managing large-scale dataset production (100K+ level) and delivering measurable model performance gains.
