AI Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Architecture
- Define and drive regional AI architecture and roadmap aligned with business and DX strategy
- Design scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure
- Assess current vs. target AI maturity and identify transformation opportunities
AI Solution Delivery
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives across APAC (from design to rollout)
- Develop AI-driven solutions for:
- Productivity AI: Workflow automation, RPA, dashboards
- Communication AI: AI agents for internal/external engagement
- Knowledge AI: Enterprise knowledge pipelines and insights generation
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources, APIs, and workflows
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage regional AI/DX projects across multiple countries and business units
- Collaborate with global HQ, regional stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure alignment
- Drive adoption, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of AI solutions
AI Governance & Change Management
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and ethical standards
- Establish data, model, and prompt governance frameworks
- Lead AI training, user adoption, and change management initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in AI/ML, solution architecture, or enterprise AI deployment
- Proven experience in leading regional or multi-country AI projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, Power Platform preferred)
- Ability to translate AI concepts into business solutions and engage stakeholders effectively
- Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
