Role Summary: As an AI-Integrated Final Artworker, you will be the last line of quality across global campaign production — ensuring every asset is pixel-perfect, print-ready, or platform-optimised before it reaches the client. You will embed AI tooling into your daily workflow to accelerate adaptation, retouching, and layout work without compromising on craft or brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce final artwork for multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, OOH, and social — ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency throughout
  • Use AI tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Generative Fill) to streamline image retouching, background extension, asset adaptation, and layout generation
  • Adapt master artworks into multiple formats and sizes for international markets, working efficiently to tight deadlines
  • Prepare and package files for print production, ensuring correct colour profiles, bleed, resolution, and pre-press requirements
  • Perform meticulous QA checks on all outgoing assets — typography, colour, imagery, and legal copy
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, and Traffic Managers to manage artwork through the production pipeline
  • Evaluate and champion emerging AI production tools, contributing to internal best-practice documentation
  • Maintain organised asset libraries and version control across active projects

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2- 3 years of final artwork experience in an agency, studio, or in-house production environment
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools in a production context — not just awareness, but active workflow integration
  • Strong understanding of print production standards: CMYK, ICC profiles, pre-press, and repro specifications
  • Solid grasp of digital asset specifications across platforms (Meta, Google, programmatic, CMS)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality — you catch what others miss
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight, shifting deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication when briefing and receiving feedback
