Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Infrastructure Manager to lead our AI infrastructure resources division. This role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of our critical AI resources, including the planning, deployment, and management of global data center resources, specialized GPU equipment, and high-demand GPU computing power. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data center strategy, AI infrastructure, and have a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and engaging with enterprise clients. You will be the key liaison between our technical teams and customers, ensuring our infrastructure meets their evolving AI needs while driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
. Global Resource Management: Lead the strategy and execution for the acquisition, deployment, and management of data center resources, GPU clusters, and high-performance networking infrastructure across the APAC, the U.S., Europe and globally.
. Customer & Partner Engagement: Act as the primary technical advisor for key enterprise clients and strategic partners. Understand their AI workload requirements, lead technical solutioning, and manage relationships with data center operators and equipment vendors.
. Strategic Project Development: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle for new AI infrastructure projects, from market analysis, site selection, and technical feasibility studies to overseeing the EPC process and supply chain management for new builds.
. Commercial & Technical Strategy: Develop commercial models for new data center and AI compute services. Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including upcoming capacity and technological advancements, to inform our infrastructure roadmap.
. Operational Excellence & Leadership: Provide leadership to the infrastructure team, establishing best practices for operational management, resource monitoring, and performance analytics. Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and customer focus.
Job Requirement:
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
. Minimum 5 years of experience in data center management, AI infrastructure, or a related technical business development role, with deep experience operating across APAC, the U.S., and Europe.
. Proven success in managing the full lifecycle of data center and AI compute projects, including resource planning, site selection, and technical evaluation.
. Deep knowledge of the data center ecosystem, including owners, operators, EPCs, and consultants. Strong understanding of AI compute deployment, planning, and integration.
. Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to negotiate with partners and manage executive-level client relationships.
. Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex technical projects and supply chains.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Professional fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
. Certifications such as Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) are highly desirable.
Preferred Education Background:
Master's degree in technical or business fields.
Preferred Hard Skills/Project Experience:
Experience in developing commercial models for new DC, leading EPC project opportunities for new-build data centers, and managing AI compute projects (e.g., 50MW+).
Preferred Soft Skills:
Strong strategic thinking, client-facing communication, negotiation skills.
