Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will solve high-impact enterprise problems by designing, deploying, and scaling production-ready AI agents. Operating as a hands-on generalist, you will own the entire lifecycle—from problem definition and system design to deployment and continuous iteration—delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate complex operational challenges into technical designs.
Build, deploy, and optimize reliable AI agents integrated into customer workflows.
Monitor production performance, iterate based on real-world data, and scale delivery practices.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design fundamentals.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end integrations and navigating ambiguous requirements.
Excellent client-facing communication skills and an ownership mindset.
Experience with AI agents, production automation, or solution engineering is preferred.
