AI-Gen AI ACLP trained Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced ACTA/ACLP certified trainers to join our associate pool. As we expand our digital transformation suite, we are seeking subject matter experts to deliver high-impact, WSQ-certified short courses (1-3 days) focused on Artificial Intelligence and its practical business applications.

A key focus of this role will be the delivery of our upcoming course: Applying Generative AI in Project Management.

The ideal candidate should not only be a proficient adult educator but also have hands-on experience in using AI tools to drive productivity and innovation in professional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct 1 to 3-day WSQ-certified training sessions for adult learners, ensuring a high level of engagement and practical application.

• Assessment: Conduct competency-based assessments in accordance with WSQ requirements and ensure all necessary assessment records (e.g., assessment results, feedback forms) are accurately completed.

• Contextualization: Adapt and contextualize course materials and case studies to meet the specific needs of diverse learners and industries.

• Classroom Management: Facilitate a positive learning environment, managing time effectively and addressing learner queries on AI applications.

• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on curriculum and assessment materials to ensure content remains relevant to the evolving AI landscape.

  Requirements:

  • Mandatory Certification: Must possess the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

  • Educational Background: A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: . Proven experience in Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Copilot).

    • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2) and how AI can be integrated into the project lifecycle.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in adult training/education, preferably within the WSQ framework.

  • Skills: . Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

    • Ability to simplify complex technical AI concepts for non-technical learners.

    • Strong digital literacy and comfort with various LMS and AI platforms.
      

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Professional Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master).

      • Experience in curriculum development or courseware design under the WSQ Skills Framework.

      • DACE (Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education) is a plus.
