You love using AI. You constantly explore new AI products and workflows. You actively track the evolving capability boundaries of AI.

About the Role

Participate in end-to-end development of AI products from 0→1, covering frontend interfaces, backend services, LLM integrations, and AI agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

Build AI applications powered by LLMs with capabilities such as:

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Function Calling
• Multi-Agent Orchestration
• Integrate on-chain data, DeFi protocols, and digital asset business logic.

Design and optimize:

• Prompt pipelines
• Context window management strategies
• Embedding and retrieval systems

Ensure production-grade stability and accuracy of AI agents.

• Conduct frontier AI and competitor research: track the latest LLM capabilities, APIs, MCP protocols, and emerging AI infrastructure, evaluate technical maturity, and drive adoption into products.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 (all majors welcome)
• Hands-on experience independently building and deploying AI applications, automation workflows, or AI agents
• Full-stack development fundamentals: able to independently handle the full development lifecycle from API design and data processing to frontend implementation
• Heavy AI user: Monthly token usage ≥ 10M tokens
• 60+ hours/month interacting with AI tools

Required Skills

• Projects that generated measurable real-world ROI
• Familiarity with Web3 / Web4 technologies: smart contracts, on-chain data, DeFi protocols, digital asset infrastructure
• Verifiable open-source contributions: GitHub repositories with meaningful README documentation and commit history
