AI Expert (Global Multilingual Search & RAG)

We have partnered with a renowned global leader in information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. They are providing full-stack, all-scenario AI solution for products and services carriers, enterprises, governments, and individual consumers worldwide.

Our client is seeking an AI Expert in Global Multilingual Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). As a Global Multilingual Search and RAG Expert, you will spearhead the technical evolution of search kernels for international markets. You will tackle unique linguistic challenges such as code-switching in Southeast Asia, architect globally distributed RAG systems, and integrate localized AI Agents to create a differentiated, culturally-aware search experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-lingual RAG & Semantic Alignment: Lead the development of semantic alignment models for mixed-language scenarios.
• Resolve consistency issues in semantic understanding across diverse multilingual environments.
• Design high-availability, low-latency global vector retrieval architectures.
• Optimize Cloud-Edge collaborative frameworks to ensure a seamless and consistent search experience across different geographic regions.
• Localized Ecosystem Agent Orchestration: Implement natural language triggering and deep information aggregation for third-party Agent frameworks.
• Build a localized service ecosystem within the search interface.
• Multimodal Global Search Innovation: Drive the deep fusion of multilingual vision and text within LLMs. Create differentiated search interaction experiences that reflect local cultural nuances in overseas markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 years of experience in large-scale internet search or Q&A systems.
• Proven track record of building global search architectures.
• Experience leading the iteration of search kernels for major global internet products.
• Mastery of Cross-lingual Model Alignment, large-scale vector retrieval, and multi-source heterogeneous data fusion techniques.
• Experience collaborating with international teams.
