About the Role:

AI Evangelist – Generative & Agentic AI (Singapore)

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on AI Evangelist with 5–6 years of experience to drive the adoption, awareness, and business impact of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across iCompaz and customer ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and innovation advocacy to accelerate AI transformation initiatives aligned with Singapore's evolving AI landscape and IMDA-driven AI adoption programs.

As an individual contributor, you will serve as a trusted advisor and AI champion, working closely with business leaders, customers, solution architects, developers, and innovation teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into tangible business outcomes. You will design and develop AI prototypes, copilots, RAG-based solutions, intelligent agents, and proof-of-concepts while demonstrating practical applications of emerging AI technologies. You will also lead workshops, hackathons, customer demonstrations, executive briefings, and enablement programs that help build AI fluency and accelerate adoption.

The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, model evaluation, knowledge retrieval frameworks, agent orchestration patterns, AI governance considerations, and modern AI development platforms. Equally important is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a compelling and business-relevant manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Success in this role will be measured by enterprise AI adoption, customer engagement outcomes, AI workshops and training effectiveness, executive stakeholder influence, number of PoCs delivered, production deployments enabled, thought leadership contributions, and overall business value realized through AI initiatives. The role requires a strong passion for innovation, continuous learning, and helping organizations responsibly harness AI to transform customer and employee experiences.
